PHILLIPS' COMMERCIAL DIVISION MERGES TO FORM METRO PROPERTY SERVICES
Phillips Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce its September 1, 2009 merger of their separate commercial division with the commercial portfolio of NW Properties, LLC to form a new entity METRO PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC. Kevin McNulty, formerly of the national firm Madison Marquette, is leading the management of this new entity with support of Phillips' tenured Stefanie Stone, who will continue as a Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent.
This change allowed Phillips Real Estate Services to further tighten their focus on their rapidly expanding multi-family and vibrant single family divisions. METRO PROPERTY SERVICES will use their chosen expertise on commercial properties
