NEWS! PHILLIPS' COMMUNITY SERVICE SUCCESSES
Phillips' Annual Invitational Charity Golf Tournament
We are proud to have successfully raised proceeds over $15,000 for the Compass Center, which houses Seattle area families and individuals to protect them from homelessness and aid them into established permanent housing. As a business, Phillips offers housing to a vast variety of income levels and is pleased to have been able help those otherwise unable to afford housing throuh this fund raising effort. Phillips' clients have generously accomodated over ten families or individuals transitioning from the Compass Center to permanent housing within their apartment properties. This comes with great pride and success for all parties involved.
Rock and Roll Marathon
Awarded the second largest mid-size company participant in Seattle's Rock and Roll Marathon! Brent Pedersen of Phillips challenged his co-workers to participate in the marathon and 14 of our 49 office employees participated. That's just under 30% of the office---a grand showing of athleticism and determination. Each participant in the marathon can choose a charity of their choice for donations from sponsors.
